Grilled Herbed Lemon Chicken Thighs
Cook Time: 8 - 10 minutes
- 6 chicken thighs, fat trimmed off
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Pat down the chicken thighs and place in a bowl.
In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients until you have a paste. Rub chicken thighs with herb mix and set aside.
Pre-heat your grill on high and place COOKINA BBQ sheet inside. Grill chicken thighs until crispy brown and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes on each side. If desired, squeeze more lemon and serve immediately.
